How it Works
Online training happens in real time, live training with a Certified Adobe Instructor. You will need a computer with internet access and a copy of the software you are training on installed on your local computer. If you don't own a copy of the software, you can download and install a 30 day trial version from Adobe.com. You will simply log into a website with your internet browser and be connected to the virtual classroom. There is nothing to download or install.

You will also need a telephone or a microphone and a headset (ipod earbuds are fine) on your computer to communicate with your instructor. We recommend you log in 15 minutes prior to the start of your class to make sure everything is working. You will be given a link to your online classroom prior to your class and a conference number if needed.
We also highly recommend you purchase the recommended training materials and load the lesson files onto your computer. Many of the lesson files can be downloaded online. You will be given this information after you register for your class. Your instructor will be referring to the training materials throughout the duration of the class.
Your instructor will share their computer screen with you, allowing you to follow along with the lessons. Your instructor will also be able to view your computer screen to help guide you through the exercises.
Upon completion of your class, you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback in an online survey about your experience. You will also receive a certificate acknowledging your participation in the class.
